  Pork and Apricot Olives

A lean fillet of pork or a slice from the leg of pork is filled with delicious apricots and rolled ready for the oven. Very quick and easy to cook and very handy to keep in the freezer for that extra family meal or unexpected guest.


Cooking instructions:

Products weight approx. 6 – 8oz 225grm. Cooking time approximately 25 minutes, Gas mark 4-5, 180 C, 350 F. Place on a baking tray and into a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until piping hot and the juices run clear. Serve with seasonal vegetables.

  Pork Stir Fry

Lean and tender pork, cut into ribbons and mixed with sliced, seasoned vegetables and fruit. Stir fry lightly for the ideal quick meal. The extra expense to using real olive oil for this stir-fry is, in our experience, money well spent.

  Sausages

We of the Guild of ‘Q' Butchers specialise in making our own sausages from pork produced by farmers we know and trust. Sausages are freshly made in the premises daily.

A blend of selected top quality ingredients, seasoning and spices, combined with our own carefully trimmed cuts of pork, selected by our own butchers.


Quality control is therefore assured from pasture to plate. Our variety is constantly changing as we gain new ideas from our fellow holders of the ‘Q' award.
